Hi everyone.
We have to removed two NEC1600 with Dolby 3D systems, I've checked with Dolby and they said me that is not possible, also Barco said that . Barco said me that I have to buy the Dolby 3D for Barco ( the owner doesn't want to buy another two Dolby 3D systems) .What do you think , Is it possible adapt a Dolby 3D System Cat960Z from NEC 1600 Series 1 to Barco DP2K15C and DP2K10S ? The owner of the projectors doesn't care if we have to cut the covers of the projectors to adapt the Dolby wheel . The owner said that these projectors already don't have warranty , so he wants to tried to adapt the Dolby 3D Systems.
Best Regards.

This has been done before using 3D kits from Christie to Barco. It should have been covered in an earlier thread.

Normally the Infinitec filter wheels come installed in new Barco's. This may be why Dolby has no kit...

Barco and Dolby both hold rights to the filter technology so Barco built their own control electronics but buys the actual filter wheel from Dolby.
This assembly does not come standard on Barco projectors but is an expensive option.
