Our touch display has been jittery and off even after collaboration and today has stopped responding altogether. I found a document from Doremi that suggests piercing a small hole in the upper left side of the screen. Has anyone had this issue? Thoughts? Thanks so much!

Yes.Seems crazy, but just do it. It can be a rather amazing fix. Or the screen is otherwise broken...
I have poked dozens of them, no problems. I do it in the extreme top left corner.

This is interesting, I've been experiencing the same issue on a Dolphin DCI 1.2 machine but I didn't believe that procedure could actually fix it. Thanks, I'll give it a try.

I was told some touchpanels were too well sealed and air pressure changes would compress the sensing layer and confuse it. We had some that would move the pointer all around the screen and click as well, the server would have a solid black task bar with hundreds of apps open after a few days.

We had the same issue a while back. The pin-hole fixed it.

Exactly, and then it stopped working completely. I tried the pin-hole method, but I couldn't manage to fix it. Luckily that screen is remotely controlled 99% of the time, I guess we'll just go on using a local keyboard/mouse set or Wi-Fi tablet when needed.
