The USL closed captioning receiver has an adapter that fits the cup holder on the arm of a theater seat. This adapter holds up a goose neck that the caption receiver is on. It appears there is a WIDE variation in cup holders out there. I wonder if the next time people are in a theater, they can measure the following on a cup holder:

1. Inside diameter at top

2. Depth

3. Outside diameter at bottom

4. Distance from top to "diameter step" (where the diameter changes suddenly) if there is a step.
