Hi,
I just started having this problem:

Hopefully you're looking at an image I uploaded of a side shot of a 10'x 20' screen with a white test pattern generated from a Barco DP4K-23B. This red(ish) horizontal line on the bottom third of the screen is visible at all times (all channels, PCIe and DVI inputs).
Anyone out there have any ideas what this might be and/or how to fix this?

We won't see it until you not only upload it but copy its actual file location into your message. Read the directions on how to upload an image. You should have a line in your message that appears similar to this:

[IMAGE]http://www.film-tech.com/cgi-bin/showpic.cgi?dir=uploads1102&file=sample.jpg[/IMG]

Except the first bracket will also be IMG and the actual file will be what you upload.

Check with test patterns. The standard test patterns are generated in the ICP.
I would reseat the ICP (power off, and you have to reauthorize with the Dallas key afterward). If still there, you can swap some light engine wires around and see if it follows the wires (ICP issue) or stays the same (light engine issue). Looking red means you probably lost green... looking at the colour bars or pure colour patterns should show exactly what"s going on.
