Hello
I´m having issues with 3 Christie projectors. We determine the lens position, zoom and focus but the Macros lost some coordenates after each change. I read that maybe is the ICP or something like that.
Do you think it is possible fix it with a Hard reset?

You have the same problem with three different Christie projectors?
Where there any counter-measures taken?
What were those?

The problem could be caused by a number of reasons, including mechanical ones.
It might also be fixed with as little as a lens position reset before the setting, or moving the lens to the opposite direction just a little bit, before setting to the correct position.
(Unfortunately, only one DCinema projector company provides step motor lenses that provide their actual -not relevant- position.)

Your suggestion of erasing all is rather extreme. Could you share more info?

The lens files are not in the ICP, these are saved in either the PIB or the TPC. I don't know how to delete lens files from a Christie though.

Deleting the files are done in the TPC. I believe it is in the Service menu (I'd have to check...under file management).

With drifting lens settings I'd check to make sure nothing is slipping. Those motors move very fast and can put a bit of torque on things so make sure the set screws are tight and, probably put some blue loctite on them to keep the screws from walking out. Make sure that zoom ring is secure (and not broken). Also, make sure you initialize the system.
