Hi All!
I recently started working with a Christie CP2220 projector, in the last days when i turn it on in the morning i get a critical error that says:
AC Blower Interlock, some of you know where this blower is and why this error appears when i turn on the projector ?.
Regards!

It is right behind the reflector at the top of the projector. Open the lamp door and it will be looking at you on the right. There is an air flow switch checking its intake. Note, the problem could be the blower or the switch itself (or even the Environmental Board).

These fans suck unfiltered air and don't enjoy popcorn smoke. If you can smell popcorn in the booth... expect some fan cleaning. I have found fans close to completely clogged with grease/dust crud. The airflow switch gets slow to move at low airflow which sounds like what you're seeing.
If the blower vanes are reasonably clean check the airflow switch, reseat its connector, and reseat the projector boards.
Reseating the boards will break marriage so don't do that unless you know the marriage procedure.

I've had the fan switch get "stuck" a couple of times on one of
these projectors. In my case slightly re-positoning the "vane"
on the switch helped fix it.
