Have you tried using another browser than Chrome, like Firefox, Safari or Edge?

Also, have you tried downloading the file first, before opening it right in your browser?

I cannot download the file above, but I can download other assets from that site.

Maybe it fails because it's a direct link to protected material. Are you able to download other assets?
