I have two different projectors with this indication.

It looks like your power supply is failing, although it's somewhat strange you have the same message on two independent machines.

I'm somewhat amazed you don't seem to experience any consequences already, but there was a bug where stuff like the ICP was booted up, before the Power Good signal was sent and before the PSU's output was stable. This sometimes caused problems with the ICP. Maybe you're running old firmware that now actually keeps you afloat? [Smile]

Looking at the hours on the machine, I guess you don't have any warranty left?

What software package are you running. There was an issue a long time ago with false indications.

We have 4.3.1 (11) on all - Both the failing and not failing.

Christie is up to 4.7.2.4 in release. Unfortunately, they don't have a running change log, you'd have to check the release notes on all versions between what you are running (4.3) and current to see if the issue you have is addressed at all.

I had this same issue a while ago. I can't recall what the solution was, and I can't find it in my notes, but I would definitely recommend upgrading to the latest version first. That very well may solve the problem.

Thank you all,

I will try the software update.
