I recently purchased some AB International amplifiers with XLR balanced connections.I also need a crossover for my speakers.Is there any DSP'S on the market that have EQ & Crossover capability while having balanced inputs.
The speakers are 4 way and i am using 2 18" subs.
I'd like to find a solution that would allow the cleanest signal path. Cost is not a factor.

Need a few more details first. I assume this is for a screening room or theater. What type of speakers are you using? Also, those are not the greatest sounding amplifiers... So placing a good front end on them is going to result in little return.

Thanks Mark they are TAD cinema series.I find the A-B amps sounding warm and lively with good punch. They're built like a tank. There are lots of them still operating. Is there a way to use the QSC or for instance a JSD 80 processor with an add on card to connect the amps.

Personally, I don't really like my amps sounding warm and lively, they should just do what an amp should do: Amplify my signals with minimal deformation. Some people might think I'm a cold and clean person... [Wink]

But if money really is no problem, then why not go wild and buy a QSC Q-SYS core with some balanced in- and output modules? They've got all the DSPs you could ever want right there.

Core 110f would do everything you need here. 8inx16out(balanced) with unlimited DSP. The challenge would be getting all the loudspeaker crossover and tunings from the manufacturer. Perhaps TAD could provide you with FIRs.
