Trying to replace the IMB. How do you get the dam locking plate off that covers the boards?

There is a release lever on the side of the card cage. You will need the security key to access it.

Remove the top plastic cover with the low security key and under that is the metal cover with the high security key.You get to the release lever in there.

Note when you are finished you will need to know how to perform marriage before it will work with the new IMB.
