Hi everyone,

e have installation christie Serial III (CP2308), I have a question, How can i check the logs file for serial III.

I don't know what logs are you refer to.
if you want system log. you can access it via VNC and download from Diag/System.
if you want playback log, then you may need TMS software to collect them
