When using a Christie IMB-S2 with closed captions (e.g. QSC UPC28c or Dolby Accesslink), is the projector's the IP address what is used? Or does one have to use one of the "NAS" NIC ips (on the IMB itself)? Where is the data available?

I'd guess the projector, but don't know. You should be able to use Putty or Tera Term to do a raw connection to port 4170 at each IP address. If captioning is supported on that address (Auxiliary Content Synchronization Protocol), you should see the connection be accepted, then the ACSP announce request be sent (which is binary, but includes the manufacturer and model number as text). If the connection is refused, that address is not supporting ACSP.

Use the projector IP. Also make sure the channel mapping for "Interop" is where you want it for the HI and VI.

I have the QSC captioning system installed with the Christie IMB-S2 and I can confirm that the projector IP does indeed work.
