RX dropped on eth0 Ethernet port
This message is showing that the system has detected network errors on one of the server Ethernet ports.
This type of error is normally outside the server. Please check all physical network connections. If the network runs through any switches or routers, try a direct connection between the server and projector.
If these errors are on the auditorium network, server to projector and this is the network that the SM (Security Manager) uses, this can cause show stopping issues.
We have replaced the network port, and the network cable, and also changed the Switch. It is the same problem in the first time

This problem does not occur on a Projector and Dolby IMS2000. I have tried three Projector and IMS2000 with the same problem.
Do you have any questions about this?

We had the same issues on the new 6-screen cinema with IMS2000s one month ago. Too much drops on every screen server.
We investigated all LAN devices and cables. This issue has gone only when we replaced all Cisco SG110D-08 switches by TP-Link TL-SG105 switches on each screen.
Seems, Cisco has some special network features, that cause IMS2000 to drop it on activity.

Hope it helps.

We are using the Cisco SG95D-08, and I have found this reason. If you use Cisco SG200-08, there is no such problem. So I have to replace all Cisco SG95D-08. Thank you for your answer.
