Two choices come to mind ....

1, If you have remote booth computer have GDC remote in and update the data base of the server back to the default password. This would be the preferred method

OR....

2. Tap the esc key as soon as the server is powered on until you are offered to go to the restore sector of the OS drive. From there it is easy to take the server back in time to a period either when it was brand new, or if someone was smart enough and saved the config at some later point, you can try using that. If you go all the way back to the beginning you will probably lose all your settings, So make a note of the cues, all IP addresses and so on before doing any factory restore because you are going to have to enter it all back in manually after it reboots.

The GDC remote method is the most pain free way to get into it, but not sure about their access in your area.

Most importantly,

After you restore it and have all the cues, IP addresses and everything else back in correctly, then go back tap the ESC key at power up again and take a snapshot of the server configuration you just did in case you ever have to do this again. I always take snapshots of a server before I do updates just in case the new firmware might be buggy. They I can roll it back to the last reliable version that was in service.
