At this point many of you are aware that Rick is no longer working with us. He had an opportunity to move back into the market he left many years ago and it sounds like a really good move for him. We all wish him the best. It is likely that most of you have talked with him over the years. He pledges to help us through any transition.

I am serious about creating an opportunity for someone from the industry with integrator and JNIOR experience here at INTEG to take the lead with customer support. Not that there is any significant amount of that. A large part of the opportunity would be in expanding our product line in tune with the integrator's needs.

Kevin has developed literally every JNIOR application that you all use. He has been Rick's go-to resource for tech support. Kevin will be picking up the slack in the meantime. He'll certainly be able to help you. You'll be in good hands there. Kevin is also a member here on the Film-Tech forum.

Amy and I will be handling the sales activities. We will look to fill the vacancy Rick leaves behind. Otherwise, I might just have to make a full-size cardboard cutout of him for the booth at CinemaCon next year. [Smile]

You will still get the kind of personal attention that you've come to expect from us. And, you do know where to find me.
