A bad bulb?

assuming what I see is a reddish white on left and greenish white on right, you need to make sure the SCC file is loaded for that specific engine or - even better - you'll need to recalibrate the uniformity. That requires a colour meter.

I believe you will need access to the My Barco area - or you can get in touch with your installer and let them do that.

Those projectors should come pre-configured from Barco. If the default file is loaded, then either something went wrong at Barco's end or someone replaced the engine/ICP and did not make sure to load the correct file.

It only works if you have registered your machine on MyBarco. If that's not the case, you can still do it now or ask your installer to register it for you. Alternatively, you can ask the installer to get you the custom scc file for your machine, like Marco indicated.

To be honest, the discoloration is pretty heavy for a "default" file though.

If you email the light engine serial number to barco support, they should send you the file.
The serial number sticker "should" be visible near the prism surface when the lens is removed.

Your installer can check to see if an SCC file has been loaded. Barco includes the test pattern needed to create a custom file in their test suite. It puts up several small white windows at different locations across the screen. Your tech would read each white square and enter the data and save as an SCC file. A qualified tech will know what to do.
