Probably that what it said: The 24 volt output on your switched power supply failed.

Maybe you can give us some details, like the equipment you're encountering this error on?

I am very sorry by not stating the full equipment detail. Barco DP2k-20C SMPS 24volt not indicating on the board when powered. we replaced with new SMPS and it still remains the same. The fan controller was replaced as well. Thanks.
