Hello. We are preparing a cineconcert with a film in DCP. One of the musicians would need to have a monitor with the film playinf in front of him (as he is back to the screen).
Is it possible to take a second signal of the vídeo to na external monitor from a DOREMI?
Anyone can help?
Thanks,
josé

It's practically impossible to take a direct, secondary signal from any DCP. Even if it's a non-encrypted DCP, it will be pretty hard to pull off (not entirely impossible depending on the hardware, but still often not worth the hassle). The whole idea of DCI is to avoid you simply pulling a second video signal out of it, due to copyright reasons.
The best option will probably be putting a camera at the screen and giving that feed to your musician. Make sure you choose a low-latency solution for that.
PS: This really belongs into the Digital Cinema forum.

Another low tech solution would be to put a mirror in front of the musician so he/she can see the screen behind him/her.
