The last time I ordered lamps for our Sony Rocky i got them from B&H. Now they show as discontinued. I called Sony Parts and they have the lamps as "internal sales only". Would anyone care to share their favorite vendor?

You need to find a Sony integrator - Sony should at least be able to help you find one.

The Sony SRX-R515 has a non-DCI sibling - the SRX-T615 for the general AV market, using the same lamps. I guess B&H lamp offerings were targeted at replacement lamps for the T615, not strictly for the R515.

However, a german Sony rep told me that in general, any Sony Pro dealer should be able to order these lamps. The may cost considerably more there compared to a cinema dealer, though.

Going through the US Sony Pro site allows to query a 'Where To Buy' database, that lists many possible sellers:
