Loading onto what server?
Does it tell you what specific files are missing?
Can you see the supposedly missing files on the CRU drive if you look at it on your computer? If so, are the file permissions set so the files can be read?

Christie Digital Cinema server. Is there a way to look at DCP files on a computer? All I'm seeing is "missing sources." No idea what files aren't there.

You can just plug 'er in and take a look (on a Linux computer). On Mickey's Winders you might need to install an EXT filesystem driver program.
You can just mount the CRU drive like you would any other usb drive and examine the contents.
I don't know what you'll gain by doing that in the case but it can't hurt and you might find an obvious problem like file permissions that you can fix.
