266 - reconditioned seats plus spares upholstered in deep red patterned velour. Will make 200 good condition seats, best grade hard wearing cloth used. Seat bases and backs will need painting with quick drying water based satin black paint. Rubber H buffers with hundreds of spares.

3 - pairs of entrance/exit door curtains with pelmets. Plus 4 short matching bar curtains. All deep red velvet in excellent condition.

Harkness matt white screen in perfect condition, nominal size 28’ x 13'. New type mini sound perfs. 2 years old as new!

Screen frame with movable masking, size approx. 30’ x 18’. Complete with controls, contacts and buttons for 3 ratios.

2 - curtain tracks with bobbins, 30’ & 25’.

Curtain control motor with contacts and buttons.

5 - Exit boxes – in good condition.

4 - KFM signs illuminated. 2 Stalls, Ladies, Gentlemen.

2 - Ideal make gas boilers in excellent condition. Serviced yearly – certificate available.

Chloride 50 volt emergency lighting system, 48 new type batteries in perfect condition (serviced twice yearly) - certificate available.

3 - Large chest freezers & 1 - small cooling cabinet.

(Also available but at time of demolition only 6 very attractive art deco front entrance doors, 3 pairs of entrance/exit doors. Also very many single oak doors).
