Yes, this stuff does exist. 28mm was an early guage which was discontinued when Kodak produced 16mm. If anyone has any lying around or even an empty reel that they don't want I would love to hear from them.

Either 3 sprocket hole both sides format (Victor system) or single hole on one side and three on the other (Pathe) is fine.
