Profitable multi-use entertainment center comprising of three movie theatre screens, a video arcade, a 28 flavor ice cream shop, and stage rental facilities is available for acquisition. The movie theatre has been operating since 1997 and the facility underwent a renovation and expansion in 2001. Center is located in a small community in Southern Ca. The business enjoys the enthusiastic support of the community and is the only movie theater within a 50 mile radius. This business is ideally suited for integration into an existing theatre circuit or a private owner/operator. Additional space is available through Landlord for expansion of the business and construction of additional screens.
