I'm in need of a cinema processor that has the following features for use in a drive-in:

- analog noise reduction
- 2 channel stereo output
- two projector inputs (I'm using two BACP RSTR-2000s)

Since the money is out of my pocket, I'm on a tight budget so am not picky at all on what I'd take. Please let me know what you've got that you'd like to part with and your no haggle price for it.
