Have one Simplex XL intermittent that was rebuilt by Strong and retained as a service spare.

All new internals and VKF sprocket. New outboard bushing.

The only sour note is the paint job done on the outer casing...looks like Strong had 8-year olds on the paint station that day as it was brushed on, and poorly. One could spend a bit of time and re-do it without too much effort.

Asking $750, no repair/exchange needed.
