Does anyone out there have test film that they would be willing to sell in 10-12' segments?

In particular, I'm looking for the following:

Cat 69P (Pink Noise)
Cat 69T (Dolby Tone)
Cat 151 B (Surround pink noise)

I would also be interested in:

Cat 566 (Illumination)
Cat 97 (L/R Alignment)
SMPTE Jitter
