For sale or lease is the historic 1931 Colusa Theatre in Colusa, CA. The theater is turn key and includes up to 2 digital projectors. Dolby CP650 with 7.1 and JBL Screen Array, etc. The main auditorium has nearly 400 seats and there is a private screening room with 32 seats and an underground lounge. Additional work is required to make the screening room open for the general public. The main theater also features a 400 square foot stage for live music plus a green room, office space and restroom backstage. I'm willing to accept a lease/purchase arrangement or sell outright for $310,000. I'm also willing to assist with film booking on an initial or ongoing basis.
