Distributor is Newmarket, not IFC.

R1 ends with fadeout
R6 begins with fadein

On my print, some platter moron cut both fades midway through and then some changeover moron added new cues on R1. [Mad]

Deluxe Hollywood

2/17/04 edit: I know of at least one theatre that got the "festival" version of this (different music and a few added scenes)...regular theatrical booking, print from TES

director's cut version:

no fade-ins or fade-outs at heads or tails. some of the c/o cues might be unusually close to the reel ends (or else someone chopped a lot of frames off the print we got). overall, the sharpness, contrast, graininess, and color of the film give it a very video-y look. i don't remember the look of the original well enough to compare. it was shot on film though, say the credits.
