EX encoded? Some promotional material for the movie include an EX logo.

No, The EK has just the standard SRD/SDDS/DTS/SR on the leader.
I've asked the person that handles post and prints for New Line, in our building about why the labs no not mark EX on leaders. He said
he would look into it.
