Somebody must have told whoever encoded the DTS track that the film was titled Charlie's Angels: Full Fader, because it's loud. Possibly loud enough to damage speakers if you've got a crappy sound system that has no headroom.

Anyway, if you're running it in DTS you'll likely want to turn it down some so that your cleaners don't have to mop up the blood that will bleed from your patrons ears.

The Dolby Digital track was at a normal level.

Our SRD track is extremely loud! We normally run our faders at 7, and the movie is playing at 4 1/2. Reminds me of the mix problem with "007-Die Another Day".

What I should have really said, is that although the Dolby Digital track is overall quite loud, the dialog is at a comfortable level at our regular fader setting, whereas even the dialog is way too loud in DTS at our regular fader setting.

I noticed at the normal setting that the dialog is way too loud and hard to understand at times. I have been running it down half a step (our fader is set at a normal setting of 4 for some reason).
