MGM Culver City lab

I believe there may have been 70mm prints of this in existence at one time as well.

Yes, I have run 70mm prints of "War Games" though its a pretty so-so blow up.

Prints on Kodak stock are open-matte.

We got a cobbled-together print that's 4 reels Eastman, 2 reels Fuji -- only the two Fuji are hard-matted.

Reel 6 begins with 12 frames of blank screen before blue text from the WOPR computer appears. The open matte version may have more information in the masked area, but the hard-matte prints are just blank.

Confirmed on the 70mm WARGAMES...ran it at the K-B Cinema in Washington, DC. Note, the 70mm version with the "so-so" blowup (rather grainy) was blown to full-frame 70mm or 2.21:1.

I had a 70mm print in my collection a number of years back. It was pristine... The print still exists in another collection and the color should still be pretty good as I believe it was printed on SP stock.
