I just handled print #00001. It was on Eastman stock dated 1982 which was faded to red. The heads and tails were a bit rough. It was a normal soundtrack (mono, dual bilateral VA).

That was just at the time of conversion to the improved EASTMAN Color Print Film with improved image stability:
