Confirmed, That is the run time minus the attached trailer. With the attached I clocked it just under 154 minutes.

Only SRD and DTS?:-( Not SRD-EX and DTS-ES like "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl"? Please check DTS-CDs, sound logos in the credits and, if possible, Auto-EX detection. Thank you very much.

'Dead Mans Chest' is Not EX encoded. I receieved another print today and EX is not listed as a format on the leaders or DTS discs.

Too bad that it's not EX. I thought that Supervising Sound Editor/Sound Designer/Sound Re-Recording Mixer Christopher Boyes would mix the sequel in EX, too. Perhaps they didn't have enough time to do it.

I just came to our other theatre and whoever made up this movie didn't attach Transformers to either print (needless to say im Irked.) Anybody know if this is a required attachment because I know that it is the first movie that it is supposed to come out on so it seems like a bigger deal.

That's all that is legally required to play in front of the movie. Any loose trailers are extra.

ELR's? The theatre I saw it only had a few perceptible splices...all other reel changes seemed "unspliced."

Wow. Whoever built-up the print on screen 1 at THE GROVE in Los Angeles did a fantastic job on most of the joins.

I know...it's chit-chat now, but I don't want to start a whole thread just to say "well done." [thumbsup]

I thought the same thing as well on the print I saw but I figured it was due to the lighting in the scenes around the cue marks.

On the Australian release prints...there ARE no cue marks [thumbsup]

. If it's the same in USA, that may be why the reel changes snuck up on you.
