Dolby A prints are marked [Dolby "A"] on the heads/tails
Dolby SR prints are marked "Dolby SR Digital", although threre is no SR*D track. However, the SR print inspected DOES have an SR*D track on Reel 2. (The SR*D track is a real track containing the proper soundtrack elements)

Has anyone handles a full SR*D print for this title?

Yes, there were complete SRD (AKA Dolby Digital) prints on this title.
