For those running this on 6000' reels, it's one of those rarities on tri-acetate that will fit well either building 1-2-3-4, then 5-6-7 or 1-2-3, then 4-5-6-7.

It should be emphasized that the attached trailer was for the 1985 re-release of "E.T." and was newly-created (and inexplicably contained at least one shot not in the actual film) and not just a re-use of the original '81/'82 trailers.

1-2-3, then 4-5-6-7 fits more evenly between the two reels.

I STILL do not know WHY it matters to anyone what the freakin' attached trailer was on a movie made years ago. [Roll Eyes]

I just built up the 2 deluxe archival prints.
Print number 3 has a lot of splices in it maybe 5 to 10 per reel

Print number 2 has a lot of emulsion side scratches.

Both came from a deluxe warehouse in California.

Just in case anyone was interested.

Played Print #7 yesterday. Very nice! Good timing (a little reddish on some shots, but otherwise good), good gamma, and nice prints—reel 2 has some light lines at the start, but there's not a splice in the thing. SR Stereo sounded good. Ugly Clint Phare cues in the IN that this was printed from.
