I've seen it; what sort of information are you looking for, content? Technical? Suitability for a particular audience?

It's violent in places, but only one really strong scene. There are a lot of 'F' words in it, there seems to be one in just about every sentance. It got an '18' certificate here; I'm not sure that was justified, I think I might have given it a '15' but there are scenes of young people doing things that you wouldn't want them to do, so I suppose there might be concerns about copying some of the things that are seen in the film.

The rather strange assortment of people who turn up at the political meeting does seem quite typical of the supporters of the National Front in Britain at that time, though it might seem strange, and unreal to an audience from another country.

I think the main character was maybe a little too young.

The film shows the skinheads as quite sympathetic characters; they're really not bad people. I think there may be people who will not like this. Do you, or did you, have skinheads over there? Would an American audience be able to relate to it? I'm not sure.

The opening archive footage of Thatcher and the Falklands War are made to look like they were transferred back and forth between VHS tape and 8mm film about twenty times; I think this effect was over-done. The main footage looks like it might have been shot on Super-16 to me, but I'm not sure. I ran it on digital, and later saw it the same way, I also have the DVD; I haven't seen it on 35mm, so I don't know what the prints look like.

I thought it was a good film, probably got about 30 people in for most shows, we brought it back for a second run,which is when I saw it, and it's coming back for a couple more days. Surprisingly, we got quite a lot of older people, including some older than me, coming to see it.

Oh, I see. Well, I can give you two out of the three:

Aspect: 1.85

Running time: 101 minutes advertised, I think it was actually closer to 102, but that included the certificate, various logos etc., so the film itself probably is 101.

Number of reels: I don't know, because I ran it in digital.
