The credits say Dolby 'in selected theaters' so possibly there were mono prints as well.
I handled print #00312 on Eastman LPP dated '84. It has mostly light dirt and wear, sometimes moderate. Occasionally a green vertical line appears. The reel changes are very rough. There are a fair amount of splices, especially in the first reel, and there are a few quick 'jump cuts' but no significant missing footage or dialog. Overall, a very watchable print.
The box label incorrectly states "quad-track".

Prolly just means that the Dolby was only available in the theatres that paid for a Dolby reader (says the same thing now with SDDS, DTS, and Dolby Digital). . .

At one time 70MM prints were available on this title.
That was the standard DOLBY logo credit on films and posters. Dolby in selected theatres just means, that some chains had Dolby houses and mono houses in their theatres or complexes. There was plenty of mono houses still around at the time that had no Dolby Stereo booths.

Very colourful print! Sharp too, with the exception of the composite shots [Credits, VFX, etc.]
The framing seems tight. Feels like it should have been 2:20 instead of 2:39. You can see some foreheads get cut off during close-up shots [we run with 0% cropping].
Also, When the credits start, pillar boxes are added to mask the picture to ~2.20:1. Maybe they sourced the DCP from a fine-grain 70mm negative?

The DCP would have been sourced from 35mm elements, unless the film was shot in 65mm.
