Oklahoma! is available as a DCP.

It was made from the 65/70mm version of the movie and mastered at 8K for 4K DCP release. As such, it also runs at 30fps and 4K so make sure your 4K system (or 2K) can handle that frame rate.

Be aware about the two soundtracks currently offered on the standard DCP (I hear there is an Atmos mix too but it is on a different DCP). They list a 5.1 and 7.1. The 7.1 does NOT use any rear surrounds and they also did not keep the original 6.0 Todd AO mix so there isn't an LC/RC on the DCP either (should have been on channels 9/10). So, in effect, if you load in the 7.1 version, you effectively get the 5.1 version but with out the rear surrounds.

If you run it, don't bother with the 7.1 version. It would also be nice if people could tell FOX to offer the original mix too as a version file. We definitely have theatres that can play a proper 6.0 track providing that they lay it down like a "7.1SDS" track configuration.

Note, it is 2.2 within a SCOPE container so you will have pillar boxes on the sides. So, if you have a screen that get bigger for the 2.2 ratio, plan on having a new lens setting for it (a good idea if you plan on running any of the old 70mm classics).

Total running time is 2:27:51 (it is all one CPL/Clip).
