Rolf de heers 1998 film (australia).
This is a story by heather rose (also stars in the film) who suffers from cerebral palsy.
A young women who is severly restricted and is totaly dependent on her carer, the only problem is...her carer is abusive and uncaring!, a story of friendship, trust and love, highly recommended!!.
WARNING , this film is confronting, ahh...i love these films!.
Rolf de heer has to be one of my all time favourite film directors, each time he releases a film it's gaurenteed(sp?)to challenge you. His films are also very australian , although he's dutch he's lived here since he was eight.
Some of his other films are : DINGO (with miles davis), BAD BOY BUBBY, EPSILON (also known as alien visitor), THE QUIET ROOM and he's just about to release the awsome THE TRACKER starring David Gullpilil , soon to reviewed when it opens next week. He's made some other films but i've found them very hard to get hold of

Can anyone tell me if his films get screened overseas?.
