Best print quailty i have seen. Looks IMAX caliber on our 50 foot curved megascreeen. An absolute pleasure to show & watch.

i screened it for a couple of months, but it never demanded to be seen. it's a shame it looked nice, but not as interesting as MICROCOSMOS.

Pretty good for video, I agree. However, I have been unable to sit throught it, twice. I guess I need a bit of a plot in my movies. We are still playing it 18 weeks later. It's closing in on $100,000 but will probably not make it.

Ian,
Try flying the 12,500 miles from Antarctica to the Arctic without an airplane and I think you'd make it through the second round!

I thought it was an excellent cinematic film. More interesting for its unusual cinematography of birds in flight than any story line it had. Simply amazing that the birds would allow the camera people to get that close. I've never seen anything quite like it before except for one short Imax film. The produicers should win many awards with this film.

We've had Winged Migration 22-weeks. We will stop showing it 1-day after it comes out on video November 18th. We are still getting a couple of calls per week asking how long Winged Migration will be here. I think they are just pulling my leg now.

Yea, we take out one bird a week. There will be an even dozen by the time the film ends it's run. But at least in is now only 20-minutes long and we can sneak a screening in between other shows. [Big Grin]
