I saw this & I was bored. I didn’t like any of the voice choices, especially Roseanne as the lead. The animation looked cheap & wasn’t at all exciting.

The story of three cows trying to save the family farm gets boring real fast & the antagonist doesn’t have much to offer in making the story last. At 77 minutes the story is too simplistic. I never felt sympathy for the cows & would rather the movie ended with them being served at McDonalds.

Only part I did like was Steve Buscemi’s character. I just love Steve Buscemi!

Oh boy, Nate - i've got the trailer running on "Brother Bear", and except from principal drawing work looking a bit too much like that 19-midfifties animated story about the pigs taking over - what was the title ??, it looks as great fun, and audiences wants it (not coming until november !!).
What have You said about other Disneys - just to have a compare lead..?

You know, I think it comes down to is that I use Pixar as a standard now for what I expect in animation. The last Disney film that I liked was “Atlantis”. I just got annoyed with the characters in this “Home On The Range”, maybe I’m still upset over “Teachers Pet” & “Brother Bear”; not too mention, “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” & “The Haunted Mansion” were god-awful. [thumbsdown]

Now, I still think that kids will like this one when it opens but it didn’t have the normal quantity of adult jokes mixed in (the ones that go over the kids heads). It was just boring.

I thought it was OK. I'm sure that the kids will like it. It's nothing especially memorable, but it works as disposable entertainment.
