I found it to be alright...take it for what it is. Which isn't much.
I was more interested in the Vancouver locations in the film.
There's a nice shot of the Waterfront for the opening shot, then it goes through all the buildings ( which is CG I'm guessing, the road ways are different ). The Vancouver Art Gallery was the building where *spoilers* the items were stolen.
There was a funny location switch were the van is driving down what looks to be Robson street and all of a sudden ends up at the Brittania Mines which is about a 45 minute drive from there.

Aaron spoke it best.
Unless you're a total glutton for punishment, AVOID THIS FILM.
This one surpassed the first one with regard to it's "suckiness" to coin a phrase from Joe.

Maybe I'll be the only one here who actually enjoyed this movie, but that's ok.
I found it to be a lot more fun than the first one. Like Ron said, take it for what it is, and don't expect too much. Of course the dialog is bad. The special effects are sorta hit and miss. The acting is not great, but ok for the most part. But it's based on a cartoon, so what do you expect?
Still, I had fun watching this movie. And isn't that what it's all about? 3 / 5
