The plot is simple. A young bad actress moves to a small shithole town with her dad where she has no friends and is apparently incapable of making any...until one day when she is at the supermarket and witnesses a grungy dog wreaking havoc on the staff ending with the bad actress claiming that the dog belongs to her as a way to save the mangy thing from the pound. Little did she know what she was in for, because this dog gives her life meaning, helps her make new friends and has the unique ability to smile via it's cgi expressions!

Yes indeed this is no ordinary cgi dog. This dog can belch and save the day in a seemingly endless (or should I say relentless) display of vomit-worthy actions, and hilarity ensues to the weak-minded.

Oh who am I kidding? I can't even find a way to give the illusion that this movie is any better than rancid dog feces. This movie is so fucking lame it's hard to express in words just how shitty it is. The acting is godawful from everyone. The directing licks more ass than the cgi dog. And the music NEVER STOPS! It is as if they shot the movie, realized what a piece of doggie doo they just made and tried to fix it by adding an overly emotional score. Well Wing-Wanger-Whatever, you failed!

This movie is officially the worst movie of all time that I have ever sat through all the way to the end credits. (Meaning the only movies worse than this one are the ones where I actually walked out partway through it such as Spanglish.)

0 out of 5 stars. This movie could not be any shittier, so that means most critics will love it.

I just previewed it and considering it is generally a kid's movie, I didn't think it was all that bad. It is difficult to decide who's acting was worse, however: Jeff Daniels or Harland Williams. The entire police officer bit was much too overdone. Again, taking into consideration that it's a family group hug kind of movie, I'll give it a 2 out of 5

I saw this with my brother and I thought is was a cute family movie. It had it's moments and Annasophia Robb is very talented. I think she will do well in Charlie And The Chocolate Factory.

I thought it was a decent family movie, the acting was eh though. Being a huge Dave Matthews Band fan, it was cool to see Dave Matthews act as, um, Dave Matthews. 2 out of 5
