I was the one that ended up screening it and while I thought it was completely stupid in every way possible, I was also laughing through most of it.

MacGruber was doing pretty well at Rotten Tomatoes -for the first dozen reviews that came in a couple weeks ago. Once all the rest of the reviews were posted the movie descended into "rotten" territory.

The movie definitely gives me the "wait for the video" vibe. BTW, the movie looks like it was shot on video, not in a good way either.
