Fifty Shades Darker has less of the whips-and-chains stuff than the the first one, and it's more of a standard-issue love story. Still not my thing, and there's still some beating going on here and there, but it's quite a bit less intense than the first one.

I'm just not the audience that this was made to appeal to.
