What is up with these machines? They continue to cut off some the showtimes and direct you to another mailbox. Does anybody else have problems with thesse? What does anhybody else use for announcing showtimes?------------------

Oscar is extremely busy with SMARTS launch of home theatre products like the new mosfet amps with tube preamp stages and I don't think gets much time free anymore

Utilize the feature from your local phone company. That's what we do and it works just fine for us... all at the cost of $19.95 per month. It even gives a detail of how many calls come in to the line... which is great ..... With Verizon, the feature is called VMS, Voice messaging Service I guess it is... anyway, I can call up from anywhere in the world to access my line and chnage it at will 24/7.Works for us...

Hi Guys,Yes I have been very busy lately, and not too much time to check in on this forum. Sorry about that.
Ethan, what system do you have? Is it the MT-2 or MT-4? I assume so because you mention mailboxes, and those 2 products of ours are the only ones with mailboxes. Right off, I am not sure what is happening. I assume that the time limits for each mailbox are not being exceeded. I have not tried purposely doing that just to see what happens, but it might cause your problems.
If the programming is being done correctly, then I can only assume that you have a defective unit. We will be happy to replace it for you. Just get your dealer or corporate office, whichever is appropriate, to call our service department, and we will ship one out immediately.
Let me know if I can help in any way.
