Can anyone tell me what a low to high end yearly salary for a General Manager would be in California. I would like to know based on a 14 to 20 screen theatre. I know that it will be different from place to place but I am just trying to get an idea of what to compare the salaries from state to state.

In all honesty, it really depends on the company you work for. Things such as bonus structures also come into play. Finally, you have to think about cost of living as well.------------------

Yes I know that it will have different factors, but I am just trying to get a general good starting for the california area. Any range of numbers would be a good help.
