Brian said: "can i get airfare and a place to crash?".
I know "crash" means having a place to stay, but in the context of getting airfare, it was an unfortunate choice of words.

Pity that Brian and I cannot do a working holiday exchange for a couple of months, but I would be worried about him flying at the moment being a superstitious person!Brian would be able to run my single screen standing on his head, a pair of Westar (Century) projectors with a Tower and Cinemation. I would have the problem trying to run his 18 screen plex.

Years ago, my parents were going on holiday with luggage made by 'Challenger'......and it was just after the incident.
Truly unfortunate choice of names for luggage.
