After many years of good service this company seems to be in the dumper. Randy Bauch is still in Nashville but sounds like he is in a large empty room. Orders are shipped and billed by something in Miami Florida. If you call about billing etc. you get somebody who speaks barely intelligible English if any at all, you can't understand them and they can't or choose not to understand you, I guess this is their way of problem resolution.

Marble company was owned at one time by Blevins popcorn group....during the ShoWest convention, Randy bought out the interest in partnership with Bill Younger of Cinema Equipment Company of Miami, hence the accent on the phone.....since the U.S. industry is shrinking, the export market has become more important for supply sales. You also have an equal company - CPI - which is operated by Ron Purtee, who ran Marble prior to Randy.
