Looking for any "job discriptions" for floor staff including any discriptions of duties. I've reviewed the archives and have some chain-of-command listings but would like more details. I am butting together a HR Manual for a new business and want to cover as much as possible. if you can scan and send any existing "company policies" I would be greatfull. Forward info to Holliger68@cs.com

FWIW, If you put one together, you will be held accountable to it in any employee disputes, often in ways you don't expect. Language in employee manuals and HR manuals must be couched very carefully and read and re-read before instituting. In many cases it can be better NOT to have an HR manual, job description, etc. A good attorney can chew most of these up and spit out paper dolls.

I've been on both sides of those disputes and have won each time based on the HR Manuals. When it comes to terminations everything in writing!! and with a wittness.
